Ling's Loaves
After growing the starter, I am amazed with the powers of wild yeast and I got hooked with baking. One loaf a week slowly evolved to one loaf a day. I baked more than my family can eat and we started to share with relatives, friends and neighbours.

Friends and neighbours like our home made artisan bread and promoted our loaves to their friends. We had really good feedback. Hence, we started to sell our humble home baked sourdough bread and conduct workshops part time from home.

Bread
Our basic loaves are freshly baked with only 3 ingredients - unbleached flour, water and salt. No commercial yeast and preservatives guaranteed. Our specialty loaves include blue pea flower or custom made fillings based on your request.

Our breads are all hand made - no mixer used at all. Loaves are all naturally leavened and fermented and/or retarded overnight for maximum flavour!
​
We are concentrating on baking a limited selection currently so that they are baked to perfection. We may launch more variety in the future eg baguettes, dinner rolls, croissants. Stay tune!

Starter
She is "born" in Hong Kong and is the soul of our bread. She smells incredible! She rises all the loaves without fail and with every feed, she is helping our bread exponentially increase in flavour! We just love her!

Ling
Me and my family just relocated back to Singapore after being abroad for 9 years in Taiwan and Hong Kong. I am currently a stay home mum who enjoys baking, arts/crafts, swimming, reading and spending time with my family.
